Ecord's molding technology is chipless and produces low noise, allowing for sheet metal and profile sheet metal forming processing. The Craft Former KF340 is a power hammering machine that can perform various hammering tasks such as three-dimensional shaping, angle bending, and distortion removal by exchanging various forming tools in the C-frame opening. It does this powerfully and quickly. Despite its compact body, the KF340 has a throat depth of 340 millimeters and can process materials up to 3 millimeters thick in soft steel. It is suitable for workpieces such as aircraft and railway vehicle parts, as well as automobile bodies. The stroke function can be infinitely adjusted between 250 and 550 strokes per minute, allowing for dial adjustments based on processing applications. The simple button-operated control panel makes it very easy to handle.
